Once you create a job definition, you can run the job to process its documents.

You can run jobs in full or incrementally. When you run a job in full, all documents will be processed, even if there is no change since the last processing. When you run a job incrementally, only the documents that have changed will be processed.

You can run jobs manually, or you can setup jobs to run automatically, by schedule or frequency.
